John Harrison Gibbs, age 47, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021. John was born on August 29, 1973, in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was a member of the CCHS class of 1992. John was a millwright of woodwork and metal fabrication. John had faith in God and loved music. He is preceded in death by his father, J.C. Gibbs and brother, Bryan Keith Gibbs. John is survived by his mother, Linda Perry Gibbs; wife, Donna Walker Gibbs; and his daughter, Kendal Michelle Gibbs. Funeral service will be Monday, June 7, 2021, at 12 noon in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Jason Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Gibbs Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Sunday, June 6th, from 1pm to 7pm and again on Monday before the service from 9am until the service hour of 12 noon. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Wofford, Jamie Lee, Shawn Batts, Ricky Binkley, Jeremy Milliken, Ray Adcock, Randy Hasse and Chad Corlew.
