STRINGFIELD, John Robert "Bobby", age 82, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 10, 1937, in Nashville, Tennessee, to William and Nellie Gertrude Read Stringfield. He was a retired machinist and auto mechanic for Gardner's Auto Parts. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mildred Louise Jenkins Stringfield; and three siblings. He is survived by sons, David (Chris) Lewis Finch and Billy Joe Finch; daughters, Frankie (Jim) White, and Jean Anderson; 17 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Tuesday, November 19, at 12:30 pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, at 3pm. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 17, from 4 pm to 7pm, Monday, November 18th from 11am to 7pm and on Tuesday from 9am until service hour of 12:30pm.
