MEADOWS, Jerry Wayne, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas Willard Meadows, Sr.; brothers, Don Meadows and David Meadows; and sister, Beverly Presson. He is survived by his mother, Nell Smock Meadows; daughter, Amy (Troy) Rust; sons, Jerry (Rebecca) Meadows, Justin (Mary) Meadows, and Jason (Jessica) Meadows; brothers, T. W. Meadows, Jr. and Ricky Dale (Debbie) Meadows; sisters, Carolyn Jones, Marie Sisco, Nancy (George) Gravitt, and Judy (Clarence) Odle; and nine grandchildren. Jerry was a truck driver and business owner of M & M Metals. Graveside service will be Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 1 pm in Mallory's Cemetery in Chapmansboro, Tennessee.
