Janice Fay Turbeville, age 81, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2019, at The Residence @ Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tn. Janice was born in Ashland City, Tn, on February 18, 1938, to the late Alvin Pegram and Lula Watson Pegram. She was a graduate of Cheatham County Central High School Class of 1956. She worked in retail for Cokesbury. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Robert D. Ellis and Louis Turbeville; two brothers, Alvin H. and Billy Pegram; and sister, Mary Lou Hallums. She is survived by her son, Kevin Ellis; two grandchildren, Ryan Ellis and Zachary (Sophia) Ellis; and one great-grandchild, Bryson Ellis. Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at 12noon in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 26th, from 4pm to 6pm and on Wednesday from 10am until service hour of 12noon. In lieu of flowers, donations in Janice's memory may be made to Alive Hospice.
