James Benjamin Majors (J.B.) - Age 82 of Ashland City, TN passed away Tuesday. November 6, 2012. J. B. was born in Chapmansboro, TN on June 4, 1930 to Jonah C. & Ernesta Baker Majors. J.B. was preceded in death by his son, Lonnie D. Bell, brothers Buford, Cordell & Robert (Bobby) Majors. He is survived by his wife, Mary Helen Majors, children Oreather Bell, Deborah Bell, and Karen (Tony) Brunetti of Ashland City, TN. One sister, Zenobia Pearson of Frankfort, KY, brothers Donald Majors of Ashland City, TN; Elmer Majors, Glen (Velma) Majors of Ft. Wayne, IN; 6 grandchildren, special niece, Sheara Bell of Nashville, TN; other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 5-7pm and Sunday 12 noon to 1pm with services to follow. Reverend John Dix will officiate. Interment will follow at Ever Rest Memorial Gardens in Pleasant View, TN.
