POOLE, Hillous "Petey" Ray, of Ashland City, passed away on May 8, 2017, at his residence. He was born on September 16, 1953, in Portland Tennessee. He was a retiree from the Pleasant View Water Department. He is preceded in death by his parents, John "Preacher" Poole and Simelee Cook Poole; his wife, Kathy Poole and his brother, Larry C. Poole. Survivors include daughters, Courtney Poole, Maggie (Charles) Cantrell and Jennifer (Michael) Minton; 7 grandchildren, Matthew Lawrence (April), Austin Cantrell, Shelby Minton, Zack Neice, Cody Neice, Scarlott Pickett, and Ethan Poole. He will be fondly remembered by family and the community.
