ESCUE, Henry Justin, age 64, passed away on June 27, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Dorothy Briley Escue. He is survived by his son, Chris (Tally) Escue, Sr.; brother, James (Cynthia) Escue; sisters, Julie Ann Armstrong, Loretta Tamba, Shirley Mills, Tammy Thompson, and Janie Shepherd; grandson, Chris Escue, Jr; and step-mother, Annette Escue. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother David Apple officiating. Visitation with the family will be Saturday from 10am until funeral hour of 1pm. Burial will be in the Old Halltown Cemetery in Portland, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be James Escue, Eddie Escue, Jonathan Escue, Chris Escue, Sr., and Chris Escue, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are John Crutcher and Raymond Staggs.
