HAMPTON, Glynn, age 43, passed away in Nashville, TN, on March 27, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert I. Hampton, Sr., and his brothers, Donald W. and Ronald W. Hampton. He is survived by his son, Robert Ray Hampton; daughters, Anna Hampton, Jessica (Joseph) Waters, and Robyne Herbert; brothers, Robert I. (Diane) Hampton, Jr., and Kenneth W. Hampton; sisters, Peggy (Roger) Batson and Teressa Jinnette; and the mother of his children, Jenifer Gobel; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Glynn was a factory worker for Josten's. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013, at 6:30pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Harold Batson officiating. Visitation with the family will be Friday, March 29, 2013, from 2pm to service hour of 6:30pm. A graveside service will be held at Mallory's Cemetery, Chapmansboro, TN, on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at 10am.
