HANKINS, Gladis Marie, age 85, passed away at her home on October 10, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Wilson and Marie Beck; husband, Arthur Eugene Hankins; son, Ronnie Dean Hankins; grandson, Timmy Wayne Hankins. She is survived by her children: James Lee Hankins of Kingston Springs, TN; David Eugene Hankins of Columbia, TN; Terry Wayne Hankins of Thompson Station, TN; Vicki Ann Kelly of Coopertown, TN; and Melissa Irene Brown of Joelton, TN; grandchildren, Michael Kelly, Jr, Victor Kelly, James Michael Hankins, Blake Hankins, Breanna Hankins; and great-grandchild, Alahna Hankins. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2014, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenbrier Church of Christ Cemetery in Ashland City, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be James Hankins, James Hankins, Jr, David Hankins, Terry Hankins, Blake Hankins and Michael Kelly. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, Oct 12, 2014, from 4pm to 8pm and on Monday, Oct 13, 2014, from 9am until service hour of 1pm.
