STONE, George Paul, age 71, passed away at Christian Care of Cheatham on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia, on March 25th, 1945, to George Carl Stone and Mary Elizabeth Peters. George was in the United States Army. He worked in floor sales at Lankford Hardware. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Stone and brothers, Charles David Stone and Kenneth Wayne Stone. He is survived by his son, Israel Amaya; daughter, Maria Mora; brothers, Jack Allen Stone, Robert "Tad" Stone (Joyce), and John H. Stone (Linda); sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Daggs and Abby Louise Daggs (Edward) and 2 grandchilderen. A graveside service will be held at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on June 13th at 9am.
