Gary Lee Mason, age 75, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at TriStar Hendersonville. He was born on January 2, 1948, to the late Albert Mason and Mary (Binkley) Mason. He worked at Rich Foods as a maintenance supervisor for many years until retirement. After retiring, he raised cows. Gary was an outdoorsman who loved playing golf and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Mary Mason; and son, Jeffrey Mason. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna (Harris) Mason; daughter, Cherie Kennedy (Joey); grandchildren, Morgan Kennedy Grider (Jonathan), Chandler Kennedy, Grace Mason, Benjamin Mason, and Emma Kate Mason; great grandson, Hayes Grider; and beloved dog Ruby. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 1pm until 6pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. A private burial will be at Bethel Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee.
