Francis "Frank" Arthur Copan, Jr., age 85, passed away on January 2, 2025, at The Waters of Springfield. Frank was a United States Navy Veteran. Frank was born in Waltham, Massachusetts on June 17, 1939, to the late Francis Arthur Copan, Sr., and Catherine Marchand Copan. He was a retired general contractor who specialized in remodeling and building swimming pools. Frank is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sons, William "Bill" Copan and his wife Tarina and Christopher Copan and his wife Karen; daughters, Holly Peterson and her husband Brian and Catherine Copan; brother, John Copan; and 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A memorial service for Frank will be Friday, January 24, 2025, at 12noon in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Father Ben Butler officiating. Inurnment will follow at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation will be Friday before the service from 10am until service hour of 12noon.
