Frances Lorene Bell was born December 20, 1930 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Thurman Shelton, Sr. She professed her hope in Christ at an early age and attended services at New Life Apostolic Assembly regularly until her health started to fail. Frances loved to cook and listen to music. She was employed at Acme Boot for over 20 years. Frances was educated in the Cheatham, Montgomery, and Robertson County School Systems. Frances was preceded in death by daughter, Marjorie (Sookie) Bell. She is survived by Douglas Bell, Sr., Sons: Douglas Bell, Jr., (Diane Bell), Curtis Bell (Regina Butler), Kelvin Bell (Angela Bell), Daughter: Jessica Smith (John Smith), Granddaughters: Thalaya Bell, Ericka Peoples, Lorie Ann Napier, Tiffani Smith, Callimarie Bell, Grandsons: Justin Bell, Jason Bell, Trey Smith, Austin Smith, Spencer Smith, Devoted friend: Essie Simmons, and a host of family & friends. Funeral service will be Sunday, November 18, 2012, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Davis officiating.
