Etheleen Mallory Elliott 84, died Friday, September 30, 2016 at Hillcrest Health Care Center. Born in Cheatham County, Tennessee, to the late Cleve Mallory and Betty Harris Mallory. She was educated in the Cheatham County School System. She was a long time, faithful member of Leota Street Church of God, Springfield, Tennessee until her health began to fail.
Etheleen was a devoted wife and homemaker who also worked outside the home for over sixty years. She met and married William Thomas Elliott on July 23, 1955. She was preceded in death by "Tom" on November 17, 1990, She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Leora Gift, Ninnie Mae Holland, Maxine Shannon; one brother, George Luster Darden, one son, William Henry Mallory on July 5, 2015. She leaves to cherish loving memories sister, Dewanna Sue Darden and surviving son, Nathan Anthony "Twink" Elliott, four grandchildren, Sherry (Bruce) Holder, Jermaine Mallory, Natalie A. Hancock and Nathan D. Hancock; seven great grandchildren, Elijah, Christian, William Jr., Elliott, Zoe, Nathan Jr., and Livvie; one great, great grandchild, Josiah, a host of loving nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, loving sister-in-law Helen Elliott Farley along with a host of cousins and relatives; acknowledgement of special dear friends and employers; Hope Bragg, Trish Sanders, Tish and Wade Drake; Barbara(Homer-deceased)Tidwell, Reed and Laura Nicholson, Shirley Owens(deceased), Dot and Donnie Jones, Edna Burnette(deceased), Mishie Shearron(deceased) and a host of friends.
