Campbell, Elsie Mae, age 90, passed away at her home on July 31, 2019. She was born in Morgan County, Alabama, on May 17, 1929, to the late Arthur Cornelius and Mary Ellen Morgan Cornelius. She worked as a factory worker for Triple A Plate. Elsie Mae was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Campbell; brothers, Lee Cornelius and Cephas Cornelius; sisters, Lilly Mae Cornelius and Frances Jett; one grandchild and two great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Ellen (Jack) Trotter and Kelly Tanger; grandchildren, Jacob (Summer) Trotter, Nicholas (Kaitlyn) Trotter, William Webb, Aliyah Tanger, Lester Tanger, and Kelsie Tanger; great-grandchildren, Kayden Bauman, Braxton Trotter, Maximus Trotter and Jaxon Trotter arriving soon. Funeral service will be Friday, August 2, 2019, at 12noon in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Long officiating. Burial will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens in Old Hickory, Tennessee. Visitation will be Thursday, August 1, 2019, from 3pm to 8pm and on Friday from 10am until service hour of 12noon. Serving as pallbearers will be Jacob Trotter, Nicholas Trotter, Will Trotter, Alex McCoy, David Raymond and Dennis Raymond.
