Obituary

Eldridge Perry, age 81, passed away at TriStar Skyline Medical Center on November 19, 2019. Eldridge was born in Ashland City, Tennessee, on May 19, 1938, to the late Mike and Josephine Morris Perry. He was a retired truck driver for Yellow Freight. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bobby, Ronald, and Jerry Perry; and sister, Margie Perry. He is survived by his wife, Fay Adcox Perry; sister, Edna Lee Boyd; sons, Barry (Teresa) Perry, Phillip (Cindy) Perry and Mark (Michelle) Perry, 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Friday, November 22, 2019, at 1pm at Friendship FWB Church with Brother Cecil Boswell and Brother Dwayne James officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship FWB Church Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Thursday, November 21st, from 3pm to 7pm in the Chapel of the Cheatham County Funeral Home. Visitation will continue at the church on Friday, November 22nd, from 11am until service hour of 1pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremiah Perry, Phillip Adam Perry, Ronnie Perry, Mike Boyd, Roger Perry and Keith Murphy.
