Douglas Howard King, age 72, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away at Hillcrest Healthcare Center on Saturday, March 4, 2023. He was born in Clinton, Tennessee, on October 20, 1950, to the late Roy King, Sr., and Ruby (Patterson) King. He worked for A.O. Smith on the assembly line. Douglas is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ruby King; and brothers, Roy Clint King, Jr., and John Wayne King. He is survived by his wife, Connie (Murray) King; sons, Douglas Judson King and Haywood Lee King; brother, Henry King; brother-in-law, Paul Murray (Judy); sister, Shirley Hart; many nieces and nephews; 3 great-nieces; and 1 great-nephew.
