TATUM, Donnell Smith, age 77, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014 at the Centennial Medical Center in Ashland City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dolly Smith Tatum and Hawley Marie Donnell Tatum and brothers, John William Tatum and Sammy Ross Tatum. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Tatum; sons, Donnell Smith Tatum, Jr. and John Tatum; his daughters, Carrie Gibson and Alexis Balthrop; sister, Jean O'Connell; 3 grandchildren, Jon Michael Tatum, Ashley Alberd and Robin Bryant and 5 great grandchildren. Donnell was a self employed mechanic. Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 2PM with Brother Leon Edwards officiating. Visitation with the family will be Thursday 10AM until service hour of 2:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Potters Children's Home in Lexington, Kentucky.
