Mrs. Delois Carney Palla, age 74, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016, at Hillcrest Healthcare Center in Ashland City, Tennessee. Delois was born in Ashland City, Tennessee, to the late Harvey Jackson Carney and Lillie Mai Simpson Carney on April 1, 1942. She was a member of the Ashland City High School Class of 1960. She was a buyer for State Industries and retired after 43 years of service. Delois is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Terry and Eugene Carney; and sisters, Juanita Prince and Virginia Waller. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, John Steve Palla; son, Tracey Palla; brother, Jerry (Linda) Carney; and grandchildren, Gracie, Arielle, and Ky'Lee Palla. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 1, 2016, from 3pm to 7pm. Funeral service will be private. Burial will follow in Carney Demonbreun Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee.
