Debbie F. Neill, age 67, of Chapmansboro, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on February 25, 1957, to the late William Arthur Foster and Audrey (Bowman) Foster. She worked as an L.P.N. at Bordeaux Hospital, the V.A. Hospital, and Cheatham County Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Audrey Foster; husband, Rick Neill; and brothers, Henry and James Foster. Debbie is survived by her son, Robert Foster (Christie); sister, Brenda Tinin; grandchildren, Elizabeth Nall (Zachary) and Austin Foster; and great grandchildren, Neyland Nall and Ruthie Peppard. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12noon in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Brad Shockley officiating. There will be a private burial at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 4pm to 7pm and Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 10am until the service hour of 12noon.
