Coy Dean Harris passed away September 4, 2023, at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee. Coy was born on June 14, 1967, to Homer Wallace and Carol Ann (Simpkins) Harris. He was a self-employed truck driver. He is preceded in death by his father, Homer Wallace Harris; grandparents, T.B. and Ester Simpkins and George Edward and Gladys Harris; niece, Anna Lee Daniels and great-niece, Lillian Grace Daniels and sister, Kathy Kreger. He is survived by his mothers, Carol Ann (Simpkins) Parker and Dainty Harris; sisters, Donna Redick, Glenda Mobley, Karen Blair, Katrina Jones, Tammy Davenport, Kandie Cornell; and several nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts. Coy will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be Friday, September 8, 2023, at 4pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Mike Eiras officiating.
