Connie Darlene Bauman, 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, on February 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Wesley A. Parrish and Helen (Phillips) Parrish. Before retiring, Connie worked as a dental secretary and devoted her life to caring for others.
Connie lived faithfully for the Lord. She enjoyed serving with The Potter’s Children’s Home. To all who knew her, especially her family, she was truly an angel on earth. She loved tending her flowers, push mowing the yard, and getting down on the floor to laugh and play with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She especially loved reading the Bible, had a compassionate and generous spirit, and made caring for others one of her greatest joys.
She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Darrel Bauman and Bryan Miller (Donna); daughter, Cindy Romans (Steve); sister, Shirley Rakes; grandchildren, Ryan Romans, Kayla (Eli) Presson, Lauren (Kyle) Duckworth, Heather (Isaac) Rich, Kelsy (Will) Duffle, Jacob (Devon) Miller; great-grandchildren, Kye, Wyatt, Lola, Amelia, Olivia, Pearl and Abigail.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Ray Bauman; and brother, Wesley A. Parrish, Jr.
