Clarence Roger Farmer, age 79, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2012. He was retired from the U.S. Army after serving more than 20 years to his country. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Cynthia Tabor Farmer and his son, Richard K. Farmer. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Joanne Gerich Farmer; sons, Randal K. (Monica) Farmer and James J. (Heidi) White, Jr.; daughters, Rhonda K. (Roy) Salas, Kelly Ann (Jason) Simpkins, and Linda Jo Heath; brother, Donald (Stella) Farmer; sisters, Vera (John) Hamlin and Marcia (Moe) Warrington; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, as well as his loving dog, Sparky and loving bird, Skippy. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 10am. with Reverend Penny Stratton officiating. Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2012, from 6pm to 9pm and on Wednesday from 9am until funeral hour of 10am.
