Charles Edward Allen Jr., age 68, passed away on September 14, 2021 at St. Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee. Charles was born in Nashville, Tennessee on January 2, 1953. Most of his life, he has been self-employed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Edward Allen Sr. and Annie Grace Seaborn Allen; and his sisters, Mary Allen Merritt and Patricia Allen Devers. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Allen; sons, Charles (Kristen) Allen III and Shane (Mendy) Allen, and Dakota Vickers; daughter, Lillianna Vickers; brother, Leon (Cherie) Allen; sister, Joann Fields; and grandchildren, Gaige, Gabriella, and Daegan Allen. Funeral service will be Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 2pm in the chapel with Robert Davenport officiating. Burial will follow at Petway Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Saturday, September 18, from 2pm to 6pm and on Sunday, September 19 from 12noon until the service hour of 2pm.
