Charles "Charlie" Luster Felts, Sr., age 76, passed away on August 25, 2021, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tennessee. Charlie was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 29, 1945, to the late Willie Bates Felts, Sr. and Mary Rosalee Adcock Felts. Charlie was a retired roofer and will be greatly missed by his wife and family. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Willie Bates Felts, Jr; sisters, Frances Woelk and Dorothy Leaver Hammock; grandson, D.J. Elmore; and great-grandson, Aiden Felts. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary G. Felts; son, Charles "Chuck" L. Felts, Jr.; daughters, Janice Laboe, Donna Elmore, Nancy Shadowens (Harry); brother, Kenneth R. Felts; grandchildren, Ashley Estes (Justin), Laura Farris, Brittany Trotter (Michael), Ryan Felts (Sara Smith), Tyler Felts, Christian Felts (Kaylee Waters), Kyle Brown (Jadah), Caitlin Presgrave (Brian); and 21 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Friday, August 27, 2021, at 3pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Friday before the service from 12noon until service hour of 3pm.
