Betsy C. Kell, age 82, passed away at Tennova HealthCare in Clarksville, Tennessee on March 16, 2021. Betsy was born in Decatur, Alabama, on December 7, 1938, to the late Edward Daniel Clark and Avis Inez Jones Clark. She was a member of Bethel Free Will Baptist Church and a retired corporate executive housekeeper for Hilton. Betsy was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Edward, and his wife Judy Clark; sister, Billie Proctor; and daughter, Charlcie Boyd. She is survived by her husband, Ross Kell; children, Leslie (Forrest) Smith, Margaret Walter, Robert (Charlene McMillan) Walter III, Jacqueline Buhlig, Laurie (Ron) Casey, Candice Sawyer, and James Allen Kell; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
