Beatrice Ledell Threatt, April 26, 1930- June 26, 2013, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, Paul M. Threatt; sons, Danny Threatt and Robert Groves; father, Jim Tacket; mother; Erline White; sisters, Donne Glispie and Agnes Brandon and grand-daughter, Kristin Groves. Survived by her daughter, Trish Hunter (Philip); grandsons, Rodd Hunter (Jenna), Michael Groves (Shannon); grand-daughters, Jessica Thorne (Caleb), Jamie Lane, Helen Threatt and Kayla Lester; great grandsons, Jonah Lane and Copeland Thorne; great grand-daughter Molly Lane; sister Tina Griffen; daughter- in-law, Dawn Threatt and best friend, Spence Carney. She was a member of The First Baptist Church of Ashland City. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2013, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Sam Creed officiating. Burial will follow in Ever Rest Memorial Gardens in Pleasant View, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, June 29, 2013, from 2pm-8pm and on Sunday from 12noon until service hour of 2pm.
