MOORE, Annette Allen, age 82, passed away on June 20, 2013, at Kindred Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Allen and Hattie Jones Allen; husband and father of her children Doug Moore, son Terry Michael Moore and sister Frances Bennett. She is survived by her sons, William David Moore (Cathy), and James Moore (Rhonda), sisters, Mary Elizabeth Jackson and Barbara Garrett; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Ms. Moore was a caregiver. Services will be conducted on Saturday, June 22, 2013, at 12noon at Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Leslie Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in the Dorris Cemetery in White House, TN. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, June 22, 2013, from 9am until service hour of 12noon.
