Amey Lynn Krantz, age 42 entered into eternal rest on April 11, 2022. A former resident of Ashland City, Amey called Anchorage, Alaska home for the past several years. Amey was born February 18, 1980 in Nashville, Tennessee and until graduation from high school, spent her childhood in Ashland City. Amey had an adventurous spirit that led her to many destinations as an adult and allowed her to enjoy many occupations. Through her various jobs as a nurse, oil rigger, hostel manager, teacher, tour guide, camp counselor, baker, and Air Force private; Amey touched many lives. She was a radiant person who never met strangers and encouraged those around her to be their best selves.
Amey is loved and will be dearly missed by her surviving family: Parents Pete and Sheila Krantz of Ashland City; Brother Brandon (Amy) Krantz of Ashland City, Brother Seth Krantz (Sandra Fleming) of Jackson, TN; 3 nephews and 1 niece. Amey also leaves behind a Grandmother, Peggy Breeden of Erin, TN. A celebration of life will be held for Amey at Midway Church of Christ, 2665 Hwy 49 E, Charlotte, TN on May 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Visitation with friends and family will precede the service beginning at 10:00 AM.
