WILLIAMS, Althea "Libby" Read, age 77, passed away on September 18, 2014, at her home in Ashland City, TN. She was a member of Chapel Hill Church of Christ and worked as a bank teller for Farmers and Merchants Bank in White Bluff. She was preceded in death by her parents Claude Read and Ollie Mai Fogus Read; daughter Susan "Sam" Lampley and an infant daughter. Libby is survived by her daughter, Myra "Spudie" Williams; brothers, Darrell (Becky) Read and Bud (Ann) Reed, sister, Debbi Westbrooks; and one grandchild, Reed (Kristen) Williams. Funeral service Sunday, September 21, 2014, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Visitation with the family Saturday, September 20th from 11am to 7pm and Sunday from 10am until the service hour of 2pm. Burial will follow in the Petway Church of Christ Cemetery.
