FITZHUGH, Allison Ann age 25, lost her battle to bipolar disorder on Wednesday, July 24, 2013. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, A. Stuart Fitzhugh; maternal grandparents ,Howard L. Van Stone and Doreen (Roger) White: aunts, Lorraine Billy and Joan Perry and uncle George Leonard . She is survived by parents, Bob and Debbie Fitzhugh; paternal grandmother, Mary Fitzhugh; brothers, Bobby Fitzhugh and Brent Burkett; aunts and uncles and their families, Marcy Van Stone, Jennifer Chaffin, Mary (Pete) Parra, Alexis (Larry) Saunders, Gary Van Stone, Stuart (Kelly) Fitzhugh, Beverly (Neil) Dingley; special friend since birth, Jackie Carroll; and a host of cousins and many friends. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 12PM at the Ashland City United Methodist Church. Lunch and fellowship will follow the service.
