Obituary

Alexis Jackson, aged 31, departed from this world on the 9th of November 2025, in Nashville. She was born the 28th of February 1994, to Cynthia Demonbreun Muñoz & Lawrence Everett Jackson. Alexis knew and loved the Lord. She was the most thoughtful and loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, mother, and friend. Oh, and she was both fun to be around and funny/quick-witted doesn't even come close to describing her spot on humor. Alexis was also that person who approached life like it was her personal mission to make sure that everyone she loved, felt both special and seen. Somehow, she could always find the most unique and special ways to give but remembering special dates, birthdays and the like for a ton of people like no other was her specialty. It has often been said that no one, and that means no one, has ever made a pack of Ramen Noodles taste so dang good, because she was a young lady who could flat out cook chef quality cuisine by the time she was ten.

Alex, Lexi, or Frannie-Boo-Boo's loved ones described her as being the perfect combination of intelligent, silly, and serious. She graduated from Lavergne High School in 2012 where she loved Spanish Club, but more than anything else, she loved Drama. While attending Alexis proudly competed in statewide Spanish competitions representing LHS. Having a photographic memory and such a vibrant personality it came as no surprise that her giftedness landed her lead roles, two years running. Even as a toddler known for saying it like it was, she always had that same dramatic flair, and may have been capable of at times embellishing a story to reach the maximum impact on her lucky audience. Ask any of her friends or family and they will all confirm what a fierce advocate she was for any victim of a bully. Bullies find out quickly that they wouldn't be tolerated on her watch (which awarded her a three-day vacation from school once in the 8th grade), regardless of the foe.

Professionally, she worked in sales and customer relations, and she was able to easily put customers at ease with her communications skills. Most notably, Alexis just had an innate ability to make anyone smile, no matter how bad a situation may have been. Alexis was preceded in death by her Grandmother Frankie and Grandfather Ellie Roy Demonbreun. She is survived by her two incredible sons, Josiah (8 years old) and Jax (10 months old); Parents: (Mom) Cindy & Cesar Muñoz and (Dad) Lawrence & Michaela (Grandmother Martha & Grandfather William Sr.) Jackson; three younger brothers: Jordan Jackson (from her Step-Mom Amanda Danby-Jackson), Maximus (Dolores with nephew Maximus Jr.) Muñoz, and Spencer (Jorlynna) Muñoz; aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
