HEATH, Shelley Denise, age 49, passed away on April 18, 2015. She was born on September 15, 1965, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Paul Oliver Heath, Sr. and Jo Ann Carter Heath. She is preceded in death by her mother, Jo Ann Carter Heath. Shelley was a member of the CCHS Class of 1983. She is survived by her father, Paul Heath, Sr; brother, Paul Heath, Jr.; sisters, Terrenda Duncan, Lanee Read, and Stephanie Jackson; 9 nieces and nephews and 10 great-nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at 12noon in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday before the service from 9am until 12noon.
